Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping may vary depending on the type of product. We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. For all canvases and prints the processing time is 1-2 days and for greeting cards the processing time is 2-3 days.

Estimated shipping times and costs

Our goal is to dispatch your products as soon as they are processed.

Standard delivery (3-5 business days) is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 to UK and £5.99 for all other international shipping.

If you choose express delivery, which is charged at £9.99, delivery is normally within 2-3 business days if you order before 2pm Monday-Friday and is available for delivery to UK mainland areas only.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns, however, if you received a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way email us at info@devoteddaughters.com as soon as possible with pictures of the product and we will happily assist you.

Are you sending a gift?

We can ship the product directly to the recipient if they are based in the UK and can also include a personal gift note from you to the recipient. Please leave the relevant shipping details and desired message to accompany your print in the notes section at the check out.
